1-2 business days in Ulaanbaatar, 3-7 days to the countryside via Mongol Post.
How long do the candles burn?+
About 35-40 hours. We recommend burning no more than 1-2 hours at a time.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes, up to 24 hours before your session. Please call 9983-8448.
How do discount tiers work?+
At 1M MNT of lifetime purchases you get 10%, 3M — 20%, 5M — 30%, 10M — 40% as a Light Messenger. Tiers upgrade automatically; check your account page.

Metromall, 3rd floor. Open 10:00–20:00, closed on Mondays.
